Our summer edition of the Czech Tech Execs meetup took place on the terrace of Port 7, where we gathered to explore the theme of AI strategy: what it means, how to prepare a company for it, and the realities of its execution. With a focus on practical insights rather than hype, we welcomed three industry experts—Jakub Švec from Carl Data Company, Josef Večerník from Make, and Dušan Katona from CloudTalk—who shared their diverse experiences with AI implementation. They provided valuable perspectives on measuring AI success, drawn from their unique strategies and company sizes.
